Warranties

1. Vehicle warranty: Available for up to 5 years or 100,000km whichever occurs first, with roadside assistance.

2. Battery warranty: Available for up to 8 years or 160,000km whichever occurs first.

3. Replacement parts warranty: Available for up to 2 years

All our warranty services are standard with a courtesy vehicle to aid your mobility when required..

Scheduled maintenance

Scheduled maintenance Every 30 000 km or every 2 years (whichever occurs first), your electric vehicle will be required to have scheduled maintenance.

Battery replacement process

4-step battery replacement process
1. A qualified High Voltage Technician (HVT) at your preferred Audi e-tron Dealership will perform diagnostics on the vehicle to ascertain if the vehicle requires a battery replacement.
2. The vehicle will then be transferred to the battery competence center for battery replacement. You will be provided with a courtesy vehicle while the vehicle is being repaired.
3. Once the repair and fault rectification confirmation is complete, the vehicle will then be moved back to the dealer.
4. The HVT will confirm the fault is rectified before handing the vehicle back to you.
